Workshop or fleet: what being a TyreCenter partner means

Wholesale prices, 24-48h delivery, payment terms and no capital tied up in stock. What working with a workshop, a tyre shop or a transport fleet looks like in practice.

A tyre shop does not lose money on the purchase price. It loses money on the car sitting on the ramp while someone hunts for a size on the phone, on the wrong set ordered, and on stock bought "just in case" that is still there at the end of the season. A partnership with us solves exactly those three problems.

What you get as a workshop or fitting centre

  • Your wholesale price shown directly on every product — no quote request, no waiting.
  • Real, live-verified stock: you order only what actually exists and can ship.
  • Delivery in 24-48 hours, so you can confirm a fitting date to the customer on the call.
  • One-click reordering from history — the sizes you move often take seconds to order.
  • Payment terms that let you collect the fitting before you pay for the goods.
  • A single supplier for premium, mid-range, budget, own label and truck.

What you get as a fleet

For fleets the logic changes: the price per tyre matters less than cost per kilometre and availability on your critical sizes. We work with framework agreements that fix the price grid for a year, reserve stock on the sizes you run and deliver on schedule to your locations.

What the partnership looks like, in four steps

  1. 1

    Qualification call

You tell us the sizes you run, your monthly volumes and how you work today. Twenty minutes, no commitment.

  2. 2

    Account and price grid

We open the account against your company registration and configure the commercial profile. Platform prices become your prices.

  3. 3

    First test order

You place a real order to check lead time, packaging quality and documents. This is where trust is won or lost.

  4. 4

    Payment terms and volume

After a clean history we open trade credit and, at steady volumes, renegotiate the grid in your favour.

The advantage that shows up in the P&L

A workshop that orders on demand instead of buying for stock frees up working capital. No money locked in sets waiting for a customer, no end-of-season clearance below cost. Combined with payment terms, the cash-flow effect is immediate and measurable.

You order when the customer is on the ramp, not three months earlier hoping they turn up.

What we expect from you

We do not impose exclusivity, charge access fees or require minimum volumes. We expect exactly two things: payment on the agreed term and direct communication when something does not work. The rest we build together.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what partners ask us most often.

What do I need to qualify as a partner?

An active company in the automotive trade with valid tax details is enough. We do not require minimum volume, a joining fee or exclusivity.

How long does account opening take?

Company data validation is usually completed within the same working day. Right after approval you see the catalogue with your personalised prices and can place your first order.

Can I get payment terms straight away?

First orders are prepaid or paid on delivery. After a clean payment history we open terms of up to 30 days, depending on volume and risk assessment.

Do you deliver straight to the workshop or to fleet depots?

Yes. You can save several delivery addresses in your account and choose per order where the goods should go, including scheduled deliveries for multi-site fleets.

What if a customer returns a set or raises a warranty claim?

You open the request from your account with photos and the tyre identification data. We review the case with the manufacturer and, where a defect is confirmed, the brand warranty procedure applies.
