Last updated: 2026 · RADBURG CENTER SRL

Access to and use of the TyreCenter platform are governed by the terms and conditions below, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations. By accessing, visiting or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Platform operator

The TyreCenter platform is operated by RADBURG CENTER SRL, with its registered office at Str. Traian Vuia nr. 11, Clădire Pavilion, Suceava, Romania. VAT number: RO25496873. Trade Register no.: J33/312/2014. Bank account: Banca Transilvania, IBAN RO16 BTRL RONCRT02 5356 2801. Phone: 0373 800 907.

2. Intellectual property rights

Copyright over the platform belongs to RADBURG CENTER SRL and is protected by Romanian and international law. All rights reserved. Copying documents, images and information — including but not limited to the design and distinctive elements of the platform — is strictly prohibited without the written permission of RADBURG CENTER SRL.

The platform may display images, names, logos or other marks of third parties (customers or partners), which remain the property of those parties. Any use of them is prohibited without the prior written permission of the owners.

3. Products and their use

The products offered for sale are intended for business (legal entity) customers. Product characteristics may change and the photos are not contractual. For tyres, even if rims appear in the images, they are for advertising purposes only and their price is not included.

The customer must comply with the safety and reliability instructions for use, mounting and storage. RADBURG CENTER SRL cannot be held liable for improper use of the products.

4. Orders

Orders are placed through the platform, by e-mail or by phone at 0373 800 907. Order confirmation is sent within 24 hours by e-mail, phone call or SMS, to the details provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at the time of ordering. After payment, no changes are accepted (size, brand, profile, billing and/or delivery address).

The seller has the right to refuse an order, in particular when the product is out of stock, payment cannot be confirmed, or an error has been identified in the product information (including price or a promotional offer).

5. Ownership

Any delivered product remains the property of the seller until full payment of the amounts due.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs are shown when placing the order and appear on the proforma invoice as a separate item. Delivery time is indicative (usually 24-48h), and exceeding it does not engage the seller’s liability for damages. Contractual obligations are fulfilled within a maximum of 14 days from the order being sent, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of missing or damaged products on delivery, the customer has 7 days to inform customer service by e-mail, phone or registered letter. The seller undertakes to send the conforming products as soon as possible.

7. Warranty

Legal entities benefit from a 1-year warranty from the invoice date for the tyres sold. The warranty applies until the tread reaches 2 mm of wear, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 and Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection.

When claiming the warranty, the defective products must be presented together with their accessories and a copy of the tax invoice. Failure to pay the invoice in full results in loss of the warranty.

8. Returns

Products purchased remotely may be returned under Government Ordinance 34/2014, in the same new condition in which they were received, within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties. Refunds are made no later than 30 days from notification of the decision to return.

Returns are not accepted for products showing physical alterations, impacts, chips or scratches, or for tyres whose wear exceeds 5% of the tread.
