European tyre trade is going through its biggest structural shift in two decades. Purchasing is moving from the phone and the spreadsheet to platforms with live stock, and the winners are no longer those with the largest warehouse but those with the best stock information. TyreCenter is built for exactly that reality — and we are actively looking for partners across the European Union.

What changed in the European market

  • Seasonality has compressed: spring and autumn demand peaks are shorter and sharper, so reacting to stock matters more than list price.
  • The B2B buyer behaves like a B2C buyer: they want displayed availability, an instant price and delivery in 24-48 hours.
  • Margin is shifting from negotiation to operational efficiency — whoever places an order in 2 minutes instead of 20 wins.
  • Supply is fragmenting further: hundreds of brands, EU labels, OE markings and environmental reporting requirements.

How cross-border tyre trade works in the EU

An intra-Community supply between two businesses with valid VAT numbers is exempt at the supplier, with reverse charge at the recipient. VIES validation, transport documents and recapitulative statements are the administrative layer — we handle it in a standardised way for every order, so the partner receives a complete and correct document set first time.

The partners we are looking for

  1. 1

    Regional distributors

Companies covering a region or a country that want to replace three or four suppliers with one, backed by live stock and genuine distribution pricing.

  2. 2

    Workshop networks

Chains and groups of fitting centres that need the same price grid across every location and predictable daily deliveries.

  3. 3

    Online shops and marketplace sellers

Resellers selling without their own stock, on the back of our product feed and direct delivery to the end customer.

  4. 4

    Importers and traders

Partners moving full-truck volumes who need a supplier that can confirm firm quantities, not estimates.

What we bring to the table

  • A multi-brand catalogue with more than 300 brands and availability shown in real time.
  • Volume discount grids, negotiated once and applied automatically to every order.
  • REST API and product feed for partners who want automated synchronisation.
  • Interface and documents in Romanian, English, German, Hungarian, French and Italian.
  • A single commercial point of contact, replying within the same working day.
We are not looking for customers who buy once. We are looking for partners who want to grow predictable volume, year after year.

How a partnership starts

The first step is a 20-minute conversation about the sizes and brands you move, your monthly volumes and how your logistics work. Next comes a framework offer with your discount grid, a test on one or two real orders and, if it all works, an annual framework agreement. Write to us from the contact page and we reply the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what partners ask us most often.

Which European countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all European Union member states. The fastest routes serve Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany, with lead times of 24-72 hours depending on destination.

How is invoicing handled for a partner in another EU country?

We issue an intra-Community invoice exempt from VAT with reverse charge, after validating the VAT number in the VIES system. The related transport documents are attached to the order in your account.

What is the minimum order for an international partner?

For parcel deliveries we do not enforce a rigid minimum, but the best cost per tyre starts at a full pallet. For full-truck loads we negotiate the price grid separately.

Do you offer payment terms to new partners?

First orders are usually prepaid or paid on delivery. After a clean payment history and, where needed, a credit risk assessment, we open terms of up to 30 days.

Can you deliver directly to my own customer?

Yes. Direct delivery (B2B dropshipping) is available, with documents issued in your company name, so the relationship with the end customer stays entirely yours.
